Re: Wanna Be on the September Cover of the AC?

    ET,

With November and Veterans Day rolling around fairly soon, perhaps a complete change of pace would be to have some contemporary military photographs of AC Forum Members as the contest for that month. Just a thought.

I'm never home when the submitting time starts. By the time I get home or remember, it's too late.

Johnny, believe me, I know exactly what you mean. I'm a veritable FOB-it! I've been here since Jan this year and haven't had a real reason to put it on yet, let a lone outside the wire! Avn is good about that. My wife is very thankful about that! I'll have one good warrior pic though before I leave. I've a couple good ones of me in the late 80's, I'm a Pfc in Fulda, Germany at a guardpoint or in front of Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin that I fancy.

Charles, that sounds like a right good Idear! But don't limit it to the current conflict. For November we could post pics of the our fathers or grandfathers! How does that sound.

Was Gen Sherman's response upon hearing the capture and execution of 3 reporters who had followed from Atlanta, by the rebels.
