Links to civilian organizations?

Just wondering if any of the civilian organizations had websites and would supply links here?

I've googled a few names of groups known to me, but haven't been able to find actual sites.

You'll find a little invite in your box sometime this evening. We don't post a public website--its all done by listserve. Ours will be a little cluttered at times by 18th century stuff, as we are doing more of that since there are few quality events for us to play without a big long drive.

Oh--and I'm not ignoring your mens clothing question--just gathering up a few links.....

Only the AGSAS site seems to be current. The Daybreak site hasn't been updated since Oct. 5, 2005, and the Hardtack site announces an event for 2008.

You'll see many interesting things on the Winstontown site Joe---and then you'll want to go to California.

You'll find you'll know their head, Barb McCreary, from both Banks Grand Retreat(wait, wait, I don't think we fed the Yankees any dried apple pies) and Into the Piney Woods (as the hand cart haulers), as well as the OTB.

Occassionally Miz Bertie will run the stats on her site, and tell me how many folks found her, while they looking for us in the Winston Free-State. Me, I'm too lazy to make a website.

The Foundation Preservation of Civil War History, does living history in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia, does not have a web site but they have posted their schedule and answers questions at: http://cwhistorian.suddenlaunch3.com/

Members of this group does living history events including two museums in Maryland and also events in and near Gettysburg.
