Most seem to have been sorted from the Google list, and the majority are post-period, but there are some gems available as .pdf downloads (scroll down the list on the left of the page):

Feeding America has been my go-to, but I happened to be helping an author look for iced tea information last night and Dogpile turned up that site with a couple of titles I hadn't seen before.
This is an exciting time for research, with so many books popping up on Google, DBI, Gutenberg and who knows where else as people scan the last known (or previously unknown!) copy of this, that or the other.Becky Morgan
