Greetings,
This is one neat image. I suspect it depicts a sculling (i.e., rowing) team but the crossed items on the men's shirts may actually be baseball bats. Of particular interest is the flag held by the man on the left--it may be the "team flag!"
What is certain is that somebody wants this image very, VERY badly!
