On the web site Mr. Hoover send us yesterday on another thread, I had find that nice silk supposed civilian vest :

What I think interesting in it is the fact that it has the so-called officer collar.
I known «*officers*» collar are appropriate for civilians and soldiers during the very beginning of the 19th century but by the CW era, they are mostly seen on military vests !
