Does anyone know about the accuracy of the patterns on this site?

    Re: Harriets Patterns

I have only seen 2 of her patterns and own 1 of them, so I can't vouch for accuracy, but the directions on the pattern I have are photocopies of someone's handwriting, and are terrible... not what I'd expect from a pattern that I paid $28 for.

She doesn't seem to have many favorable reviews here:

I agree. Harriet's patterns are not worth it. I've purchased two in the past and both of them I ended up scrapping and starting from scratch. The directions aren't very good and I noticed the sizing isn't always right. Not to mention I wasn't pleased with the way the pattern pieces fit together or how modern they looked. I'd say stay away from her patterns if you can. What pattern were you thinking of? We may be able to suggest some other pattern companies that would work better.

Thanks for the info. I decided to stick with Past Patterns after the first bad review.
