All:
I'm planning an event at my workplace that will need a few living historians to present a short talk and demonstration of 19th C dances, social events, and the like. Part of the difficulty I have regarding this, is that my predecessors left very little information about who they had to help out with previous events like this.
Can anyone point me to sources for contacting living historians in South or North Carolina, or Georgia who might be able and willing to come and help out?
Thanks!
