Civilian frock pattern

I'm looking for suggestions as to who is putting out the best civilian frock pattern. Past Patterns has a paletot, but I'm looking for frock coat.

For the actual shapes, I'd recommend getting in touch with Jim Ruley or another good custom-draftsman for a custom-drafted frock pattern from period drafting manuals.
