Re: Perryville on the Farm
Pete,
Once you have registered. Joni is then giving out personnas. On the registration you can express an interest in something you would like to do.
Let it be known you would like the Marshall position. I am pretty sure we still need one. It is a personna that would give you lots of interaction with most everyone at the sale.
Looking forward to seeing you again.

Re: Perryville on the Farm
I have been talking to Mrs. lawson about this event. I might come up on foot for this event. I have been trying to put together a US Marshal impression, but not much luck yet. How are people acquiring their roles? Is there a list or are they researching their own. Not much use for a bugler , except maybe "call to post", which I would have to research when that came into use for horse races.

Just wanting to remind folks that they need to get registered if planning to attend. You will need your persona for further research. Looking forward.

Re: Perryville on the Farm
Hello All,
Just got my persona today and I will be Lucas Brodhead. This is going to be an awesome event!
I intend to enter my rider in several of the races as well as purchase some fine stock that day for the farm.
Get registered this is going to be a unique experience. We need good horsemen that are able to ride hard in the races.
Your Pard,
Chad Greene

Re: Perryville on the Farm
Linda,
That is how well my attempt at copy and paste worked. The group is called perryvillecivilianevents. If you don't find it that way send me a private email and I will get you on board.
Sorry for the trouble.

Is there a yahoogroups group for this event? I tried the above and got a message that no such group exists.
Looking forward to the event!
Linda.

Re: Perryville on the Farm
There is a Civil War Custer who looks like the real thing living in Monroe, Mich. I think if you contacted him enough in advance he might be willing to come down and re-enact his role for us.
I tried to get him down for the Brandenburg event, but for some reason Custer and Morgan weren't good friends. I wonder why!
