I just got my bowler crown hat from Tim Bender. It is excellent!!! Tim was very helpful in sizing it to my round shaped head. Highly reccomend his work over the other makers I have bought from! JIM HENSLEY

I have to add to your praise on Tim Bender's hats. I have been more than pleased with the hats (Hardee hat and medium crown bowler) I have bought from him, and he made them fit my oval shaped head perfectly.

        Re: Tim Bender

I just received a rusty brown pork pie from Tim on Monday. From calling him and placing my order to receiving my hat was 10 days (with the standard 5 day shipping). This is awesome for a custom item. It fits great and looks even better. I especially like the red silk lining. I highly recomend TP &H to anyone looking for a new hat!

          Re: Tim Bender

Tim is fantastic at customer service and delivery. I'm a melon head (7 5/8) and a long oval shape to boot. No problem for Tim. The quck turn around time from placing the order to receiving the hat, makes you wonder how he does it.

There really isn't a better vendor in this business, frankly. We are lucky to have him (and a big regret for Tim Allen's retirement, another great maker).

                    Re: Tim Bender

I found Tim through the AC site, and ordered a hat from him...
then ordered another a few monhs later. Both are excellent
hats, made well and historically correct. Tim is easy to work with
on specialty items, is an excellent craftsman, and a genuinely nice guy.
Plus, he delivers when he says he's going to. I'm looking forward
to several more Tim Bender purchases in the future.

I have no qualms what so ever about directing my pards,
or anybody else to Tim and his quality made hats!
