This all comes from “Message of the Governor of Virginia and Accompanying Documents, William Richie Public Printer, Richmond 1862” This will be all of them for a while.

Looks like they received a lot of raw material meaning yards of cloth. Did they follow the same practice as Richmond? Would they cut the material and then have locals contracted to sew jackets, pants, shirts, etc? It also says for "state line troops". Did the items only go to VA troops? Great stuff.
