Patterns?

I'm thinking about making some shirts and drawers for myself and I wanted to know what patterns are easier, but also authentic, Galla Rock or County cloth? I known that County cloths patterns are authentic, but how easy are their patterns to figure out and are Galla rocks patterns even authentic? Thank you.
