What's your workout plan for getting ready for this event?
I'm currently running 30 minutes on the cardio machines while lifting weights (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms) four days a week at the gym. On the weekends, I've been pulling my two young sons around the block in their wagon for about 3 miles a day.Wayne Aymond
